Commercial Property Group-Southern Sydney
Commercial Property Group's impact on Sydney's commercial and industrial real estate market is largely due to its driving ambition to secure highly self-motivated and experienced team members. According to its Founder and Managing Director, Matthew McHardy, "Our aim is to project the company as multi-faceted, modern and innovative, a total solutions company that will provide world-class commercial property knowledge. Let our experience be yours”.
Commercial Property Group was founded in 1999 and has grown from a one-man operation to an organisation of experience, knowledge and dominance, all-whilst maintaining the philosophy that no client or property is too large or too small.
In January 2005, Commercial Property Group confirmed its plans to expand across two offices in Sydney. Hayden Bennett was appointment as Managing Director to drive the Southern Sydney market and Matthew McHardy, the South-West.
McHardy and Bennett have embraced technology and recognised the importance of online marketing. The company's investment in technology reinforces Commercial Property Group’s vision to offer their 5-star service to clients both online and offline.
The expansion of Commercial Property Group and its dominance in the Sydney property market has been the result of years of dedication and determination. 2014 saw the opening of a third office in Mascot, now known as Commercial Property Group South Sydney under the direction of Nick Durrant. The expansion further enhances Commercial Property Group’s market share and geographical reach within Sydney.
