Formerly a Ray White franchise, Andrew and Greg jumped at the opportunity to acquire the office when the previous owners decided to sell. Strategically located, it was an obvious acquisition and complements The Group’s other offices perfectly. Being in the heart of the Southport CBD it is a strong asset for the Commercial side of the business as well as the housing and fast growing units market. Many developers have embraced the opportunity for expansion in Southport and recent constructions of high rise building units combined with commercial offices and shops on lower levels is seeing a dramatic change to the cosmopolitan landscape.
